since i've started blogging i've been trying to write short posts that gets you right to the point and make my posts as short as possible ,where i believe most of us are doing lots of readings in our careers or even reading books for fun and when it comes to blogging mostly i find myself tired of reading and would like to read short paragraphs or scan the long posts for the main theme , in exception of the interesting writing style that some have and the variety of exciting vocabulary words some use... so i was wondering if you guys feel the same way ? do u usually read the whole long post ? would u feel more like reading short posts ? do u skip while reading ? should i stick to this method am applying right now ? i mean the short, right to the point posts ?!
yes, you know my view on long posts.

it depends on what you aim at. people with long posts like writing. people with short ones aim to inform only.

short straight to the point posts, I like those, the long ones get you lost and could mislead you. I vote for more short direct posts.

Sponta : yeah i've tried writing long posts earlier but i've always found myself drifted away from the main point !. its not really that easy !

بالنسبة لي ما احب اقرى البوستات الطويلة يعني حتى لو كان البلوجر مميز بالنسبة لي وكان في مرة كاتب بوست طويل ما اقراه
صراحة مالي خلق اقرى بوستات طوال واذا قريت اقرى سطر واخلي سطر يعني المهم افهم الموضوع بشكل عام
بس ساعات في مواضيع تحتاج كلام وايد بس هالشي نادر
ملاحظة: كلمة بوست طويل كلمة نسبية يعني البوست الطويل بالنسبة لي يكون من 25 الى 30 سطر.

yeah i guess it depends on the style of writing , sometimes even though its a long post u feel like reading every single word.and yeah am really happy for that girl, khosh bnaya w testahel.

I think you should blog the way you feel on the day. be it short or long. mind you, extremely long posts are tedious to read when you have plenty to do. but how short is short and how long is long?!
