بس عمر الفرد ما يغير الجماعة؟ اهو شي متجانس اعتقد..يعني اذا كان الحاكم يبي الاصلاح و الشعب رافض ماتصير؟ بس اذا الشعب يبي الاصلاح و الحاكم ما يبي..تتوقع بيده يوقفهم؟
a leader usually would inspire/help people to change...but he's not the one who does it!... meaning there should be a "will" in both parties! ..madrey but this is what i think!

From top to bottom or else it wont work the other way around since if you start at the bottom youll face opposition from the top...
