which implies el shee3a dont follow sunat il rasool salla allah 3laih o aaleh ? .. if yes, then it ofcourse isnt true and a HUGE misconception (and if thats what u think i dont blame u sara7a)

بالنسبة لمسألة وجود مذهب الشيعة بالكويت و اتباع 33% تقريبا من الكويتيين له فهية مسألة منتهية منذ زمن طويل

اذا هم موجودون , لكن هل لهم الحق في انشاء أوقاف خاصة بهم؟

الجواب هو نعم, لماذا؟

لأن الشيعة بشكل مبسط يختلفون عن السنة في الصلاة "شكليا و الزكاة و الميراث و بعض قوانين الأحوال الشخصية و بالطبع قوانين الوقف

لذلك تجدين مساجد منفصلة للشيعة و محكمة جعفرية تحكم بينهم حسب مذهبهم و لا أرى غرابة في ذلك

أيضا يحتاجون وقف خاص بهم حتى لا يظلموا, فهذا مذهبهم و الدستور يكفل للجميع ممارسة حريته في الشعائر و الأحكام الدينية

و هذا الأمر ليس له أي علاقة في حزب الله أو في الحسينيات أو في العنصرية أو في
سلطة الحكومة

مذر... طرحتي موضوع شوي حساس مابي اسوي نفسي مفتي في الشؤون الدينية بس باقول رايي... بكل صراحة اعتقد ان الوقف الجعفري شي عادي لان مثل ما تفضل الاخ كله مطقوق في اختلاف بين الشيعة و السينة في بعض الامور .... و هم نفس الشي عندنا في البحرين عندنا مجلسين واحد للاوقاف السنية و الثاني للاوقاف الجعفرية اذا مب غلطان :)

frankly i have no idea about the differences between sina and shee3ah in kuwait, i just know that shee3ah praise e9a7abi 3li bin abi 6aleb ... anyways this isnt my point ! i just didnt like the name " alwaqf alja3farii" in CAPS and separating it from "Wazarat el awqaf" is a bit strange .. chena there is a new system comming up...you know ?!

anyway, as i say elma7kama el ja3fereya mawjoda mn zeman wel madresa el ja3fereya gabel kanat mawjoda wayed mn ahal elq8 edresaw feha back in the day .. so there isnt a "new system" wala hum ya7zanoon.. mn senat yady (literally) w hal netham mawjood

again, ur thinking way outside the box le'ena u dont understand the differences between el math'hebain.. o from what u said u only knew, i can tell ena u didnt get it from the right sources.. bs dont worry its nothing new :))

I think this kind of waqf will create more divisions rather than bridging people and relations..

but again, I honestly not for this Islamic movement..it is becoming too extreme..
